Immaculate private villa 20 minutes west of the Costa Rican capital, with large pool and lighted tennis court. The villa floorpan is 650 m2, fully furnished and has breathtaking views of the Central Valley, Poas volcano and the surrounding mountains. The property is situated in a private, secluded area with very little motor traffic and has automatic gated security and a private road to the villa.
The property enjoys exquisite landscaping, a variety of tropical flowers, plants and has become home to an abundance of local avian species such as hummingbirds and parrots.
Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser with filtered potable water from a natural artisian well on the property.

Golf course architect Tracy May designed Valle del Sol Golf Course
(just 10 minutes from the villa) to play through scenic nature in
wonderful weather for 18 holes of championship golf.
Valle del Sol Golf Course plays a total 7,011 yards. The course is
open to the public no membership required.
